Founder and host of the International Guitar Summit, Kevin Wilson is an internationally recognized guitarist and music educator. With more than thirty-five years of experience in gospel, jazz, and rhythm and blues, his gift allows him to transcend all contemporary music genres of today.
A native New Yorker, Kevin brings an energy to the stage and to his recordings that adds a “distinguishable” sound and “aesthetic” that sets his music apart. His energy, sound, and aesthetic has allowed him to create a strong following of fellow musicians and fans alike.
Although Kevin has worked as a session musician for the past twenty plus years, his passion and love is found on the stage. He has shared the stage and toured with music legends such as Stevie Wonder, Lou Rawls, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, The Isley Brothers, Ohio Players, Jon B, Tower of Power, and gospel music’s queen, the legendary Shirley Caesar.
Paul Milton Jackson, Jr. (born December 30, 1959) is a fusion/urban jazz composer, arranger, producer and guitarist. He was born and raised in Los Angeles. Jackson knew by the age of fifteen that he wanted to become a professional musician. He attended the University of Southern California, majoring in music.
In addition to being a recording artist in his own right, Jackson is also highly accomplished L.A. session player, with a career spanning multiple decades. He has supported artists ranging fromMichael Jackson (on the albums Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, HIStory and Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix) to the Temptations, Whitney Houston, Thomas Anders, Patti LaBelle andLuis Miguel, to rockers such as Chicago and Elton John, to jazz-oriented players such as George Duke, George Benson, Dave Koz, Al Jarreau, David Benoit, Marcus Miller and Kirk Whalum, and to Christian artists such as Leon Patillo and Don Moen.
In 2013 it was revealed he contributed to several tracks on the album, Random Access Memories by Daft Punk and UK based singer songwriter Birdy's second album "Fire Within"
Jackson can be seen playing guitar in a wide variety of styles on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno and American Idol.
Eric Gales (aka Raw Dawg) (born October 29, 1974, Memphis, Tennessee) is an American blues-rock guitarist, originally hailed as a child prodigy. As of 2011 Gales has recorded ten albums on major record labels, and has done session and tribute work. He has also contributed vocals on several records by the Memphis rap groups, Prophet Posse and Three 6 Mafia.
The Canton Spirituals are an award-winning gospel recording group and are regarded as pioneers in the genre of traditional gospel music. Founded in Canton, Mississippi in 1943, the original Canton Spirituals were Reverend I.S. Watkins, Claude "Bubba" Nichols, Warren G. Ward, Isaac Bolton, Eddie Jackson, Theo Thompson, Roscoe Lucious and founder Harvey Watkins, Sr. (December 5, 1929 – November 16, 1994).
As of 2014, the group is fronted by Watkins' son, Harvey Watkins Jr., and consists of Cornelius Dwayne Watkins, Billy Voss, David Curry, Merlin Lucious, Shannon Lee, and Rodrick Jones.
On November 1, 2012, they released a single, Keep Knocking. The album, Keep Knocking was released on December 3, 2013.
Tom Quayle is a fusion guitarist from Leeds in the UK. In 2008 Tom's career and recognition really started to flourish after gaining a place in the international Guitar Idol 2008 live final, held at the London Guitar Show on the Main Stage of the Excel Centre. Since then Tom's career has gone from strength to strength with a large fan base and endorsements from Wampler Pedals, Fibenare Guitars, Suhr Guitars and Port City Amps amongst others. Appearances at the Frankfurt Musikmesse and NAMM show in LA followed with Tom demoing products for Fibenare guitars, Suhr Guitars and Toadworks pedals. Tom’s session career also took off at this time, playing on fusion albums by greats such as Adam Nitti and Antoine Farfard amongst others.
Andy became a founding member of the rock group DOWN FROM UP. They have toured with Seven Dust, Drowning Pool and 10 Years. Looking for an outlet for styles other than hard rock, Andy also released his debut solo album A DISCONCERTING AMALGAM. This instrumental record covers a broad range of genres including fusion,rock, metal, and acoustic bluegrass.
The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has allowed Lettieri to establish himself as both a solid session musician and bandleader. Proficient in a multitude of styles, he records and performs in virtually every genre from jazz to country, hard rock to gospel and is a “first call” guitarist for multiple artists and producers, both local and national. Always striving to create new sounds, Lettieri is involved with many Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex projects and with Snarky Puppy – a jazz-funk-dance ensemble that tours regularly throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Eric Brice is a world renowned Session Guitarist , Producer , Musical Director and Engineer. He has performed and recorded with greats such as Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Israel & New Breed, Karen-Clark Sheard, Commissioned, The Winans…and many more. Eric performs on Monday nights at the Experience, an event that he and his wife, vocalist Dena Brice currently hosts in Charlotte, NC.
Scott Fore is an internationally recognized guitarist having won the National Flatpicking Championships held in Winfield Kansas each year. He is also the Doc Watson guitar champion and the Wayne Henderson Champion of Champions. Scott is currently recording two new CDs: A solo CD for the Crooked Road music series, and a CD with award winning guitarist David Doucet from the band BeauSoleil. Look for these CDs to be released later this year.

Recording under the name of Isaiah Sharkey And The Family Tree his is, as Sly Stone might say, very much a family affair. His band The Family Tree comprises his father, Michael Sr. on piano, Michael Jr. on keyboards and brother Alonzo on drums. Isaiah has rapidly developed a style that emulates many of the jazz greats in their prime. His influences include Norman Brown, Paul Jackson Jr., Henry Johnson and Pat Metheny.
Shonn Hinton is a product of Milwaukee’s under-rated diverse, fertile, underground community of artists, musicians, and songwriters and producers. Shonn’s distinct signature sound has enhanced significantly in the past few years. His diversified sound has been compared to the smooth, melodic sound of Eric Clapton—in addition, he also has the intensified electric sound of Jimmy Hendricks and Steve Ray Vaughn—all of which are major influences in his career.
Michael “Nomad” Ripoll is a career guitarist. A consummate professional in the music industry with a list of credits and accomplishments that spans decades. Best known as a masterful guitar virtuoso who has played with a seemingly endless list of the most respected names in the music world, Michael has always striven to exceed the boundaries of a traditional musician’s career by proactively seeking and securing opportunities to excel in other facets of the industry.
Will McFarlane spent six years playing guitar with Bonnie Raitt, from 1974 to 1980. McFarlane learned how to listen as well as play while in Raitt's band. His musical education was a versatile one, encompassing straight blues, country blues, folk, country, rock 'n' roll, as well as singer-songwriter material. McFarlane has continued to work in secular and gospel music, both traditional and contemporary styles. He has moved back to Muscle Shoals, and plays there, as well as in Nashville, and other places around the country and world, doing sessions and live performances. He was just recently inducted into the Musician's Hall of Fame in Nashville as a friend of the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section (The Swampers).

Bob Lanzetti is a professional guitarist living in Brooklyn, NY. He also was an original member of the (2014 Grammy winning) jazz/funk/world music groupSnarky Puppy who he tours and records with extensively. In 2006 Bob relocated to Brooklyn, NY to be apart of the thriving music community found there. Since then he has played on countless recording sessions and performed with artists in genres ranging from pop to free-jazz and everything in between.
Joey is a guitarist out of Chicago. He has worked with artists such as Fred Hammomd,Marvin Sapp,Yolanda Adams,Jennifer Hudson,Kirk Franklin,Bebe &Cece Winans,Gerald Levert,Mary J Blige and so many others. He is currently touring with Donnie McClurkin.
Seth is a guitarist from Boston, MA. He started playing guitar at age 11, originally influenced by classic rock bands such as Cream and Led Zeppelin. Some of his more recent influences include Michael Landau and Derek Trucks. Although his style is rooted in the blues, it includes strong rock and jazz influences as well. He also has experience playing metal and country. He is mostly self-taught, but attended Berklee College of Music at age 17.
Lawrence C. Jones, a 22-year old Chicago native with a love for the art of guitars, performing and producing. As some doors closed and many more opened, Jones has been afforded an array of opportunities, ultimately advancing and expanding his musical career.
Jones is a founding member of local Chicago band Shocking Truth, a group of 13talented musicans whose love for music joined them together to start their own musical legacy. Their first cd, One Heart at a Time, was released November of 2010 on iTunes; for which Jones played key roles in its release as lead guitarist and producer.
Charlotte-raised Fung has evolved from playing local venues and bars with friends as a youngun’ of the local rock scene to becoming a well-rounded, full-time professional musician. Fung is now recording with Grammy-winning producer Cedric Thompson, touring with neo-soul artists Tamia and Anthony Hamilton, and making his own way in the R&B and gospel world. Lately he has been prepping for an upcoming live recording with gospel artist John P. Kee as well as headlining Charlotte’s uptown New Years Eve celebration, First Night, with the band Sol Fusion.
In 2011, Ben headlined alongside guitar greats Dick Dale and Jimmie Vaughan in The LA Guitar Festival. In November 2013, Ben had the pleasure to open for Blues Traveler and perform "La Grange" with John Popper. Ben can be heard on "Pocket Deuce" with good friend Jay Roberts. The CD is a combination of jazz and pop standards for two guitars. Ben also performs "Hey Nineteen" on the CD "Maestros of Cool- a Tribute to Steely Dan" which is available for purchase on Amazon's MP3 store. Christopher “Chris” Payton first picked up a guitar at the age of 4 and now, at age 20, is one of LA’s youngest prominent guitarists. Ranging in many genres such as R&B, Gospel, Soul, Hip Hop, Pop, Rock, Alternative, Jazz and Blues. Brought up in church, with his soulful gospel roots, Chris has a unique style of playing that can translate in almost any genre.
